Where to Find the Museum?
The museum occupies one level of an underground parking lot in a shopping center that has been transformed into this extraordinary space. In the past, the premises housed United Chicken, and today, there is a KFC on the upper level.
The American Old Cars Museum is located at 4 M. Dąbrowskiego Street, Kościerzyna, and is open all year round, seven days a week. Entry is through turnstiles with a cash payment machine. During our visit, the museum was unstaffed. The lights inside turn on automatically using motion sensors, and the entire area is monitored by numerous cameras.
Cars That Will Steal Your Heart
The American Old Cars Museum in Kościerzyna is a true paradise for classic car enthusiasts. Its collection includes around 30 American classics from the 1950s to the 1980s, all in collectible condition. You can admire models from legendary brands such as Cadillac, Buick, Plymouth, Ford, Dodge, and Lincoln.
What’s more, each of these vehicles has its own unique story, which you will discover during your visit.
These impressive machines not only delight the eyes but also allow visitors to understand the spirit of those times. Walking among the exhibits, you feel like a true king of the road from a bygone era. It’s a fantastic opportunity to see firsthand how car technology and design evolved over the decades.
Coca-Cola Exhibition
But that’s not all waiting for you at the museum! As the only place in Europe, the American Old Cars Museum features a unique exhibition dedicated to Coca-Cola. Just like American cars, this iconic brand became a symbol of lifestyle and pop culture in the 20th century.
The exhibition presents Coca-Cola’s rich history, showing how its logo, packaging, and advertisements have changed over the years.
